Tahmida Hossain Shimu is a dynamic professional in the intersection of sustainable energy solutions, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Operations at Astrolabe Analytics, she brings a wealth of experience and a passion for driving initiatives that propel cutting-edge battery technologies crucial for sustainable energy systems.

Tahmida's academic journey is marked by a Fulbright Scholarship that paved the way for her Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Transportation) from Texas A&M University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management Science at the Foster School of Business, University of Washington. Her academic foundation also includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Professionals.

In her role at Astrolabe Analytics since June 2023, Tahmida has been a driving force behind strategic collaborations, pioneering data-driven solutions to optimize battery performance and safety in sustainable energy projects. Her leadership in market expansion has been instrumental in uncovering untapped opportunities, contributing to the development of a roadmap for innovative initiatives that drive substantial growth.
